Title of Position

Secretary II

Work Hours

Primarily Monday through Friday, day shift.  May be required to work extended hours and on weekends, as needed.

Description of Position

Performs a variety of secretarial / administrative duties and supports operational objectives of the Administration Department. Provides assistance for various administrative projects and initiatives as directed. 

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or two-year degree from accredited business/technical school desired. Two (2) years previous secretarial experience required.  A combination of experience / education / training may be considered as part of the required two-year work experience. Experience in a role with administraive or office management responsibilities for a company with more than 200 employes or within a corporate environment, preferred.
