Responsible for performing duties related to the various areas of Human Resources (recruitment, benefits, classification, and compensation) in compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and Health System policies and procedures.

| Qualifications and Requirements |
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year in the Human Resources field, or related office experience required. College graduate preferred. Typing at minimum 40 wpm with accuracy. Must possess excellent verbal, written, organizational skills and computer software skills; Excel and Word.
