Welcome to MyKuakiniHealth, an exclusive and secure on-line connection for Kuakini Medical Center patients. Effective from April 1, 2014, all hospital patients discharged from the Medical Center and Emergency Room patients will be able to create their personal patient portal account. This patient portal account will enable you to obtain specific health information that is documented in your electronic medical record. The specific health information includes your medications, lab tests, procedures, and immunizations that you received during your current Emergency Room visit and/or hospitalization at Kuakini. Your personal health information will be accessible anywhere and at your convenience. All you will need is Internet access and an e-mail address.
MyKuakiniHealth is not for emergencies. Please call 911 if you have a medical emergency.
Please note - the information that you can access via MyKuakiniHealth is not your complete electronic medical record. If you have questions about your electronic medical record, please contact the Kuakini Patient Relations Representative at 808-547-9791 who can direct you to someone who can answer your questions.
MyKuakiniHealth is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare professional for your questions concerning a medical or clinical condition, decisions, guidelines, management or treatment.
How to create and activate your MyKuakiniHealth account
In order to create your personal patient portal account, you must first enroll, in person, by providing your e-mail address to the Kuakini patient registrar during the registration process. If you do not have an e-mail address, or if you do not wish to view your health information on-line, or if you are not interested in creating a patient portal account, please inform the Kuakini patient registrar so we can document this information in your record.
Your e-mail address will be used by CernerHealth, a service of Kuakini's computer software vendor, in order to send you an e-mail invitation to set up your on-line patient portal account. Detailed instructions on how to set up your online account will be included in the e-mail invitation. You will have up to 90 days to create and activate your online account.
Once you have created your online account, please allow up to 36 hours for your lab results to display online. This is to assure that a physician can review the results before it is posted to your account.

Access to your personal health information is being made available through CernerHealth, a service of Cerner Corporation. Cerner Corporation is the computer software vendor from which Kuakini purchases the electronic medical record product and security management of your personal health information.
